THE PROCESS
How it works

Enquiry
Tell us what you have in mind: your idea, a rough size, and any references by email or our contact form.

Consultation
We talk through subject, size, palette, timeline and budget.

Design
We share a concept sketch for your approval.

Confirmation
Once you approve, we confirm your quote and begin with a 50% advance deposit.

Handcrafting
Your piece is embroidered entirely by hand with time depending on complexity and size of the artwork.

Framing & delivery
We frame, inspect and deliver your finished artwork.
Pricing
Commissioned pieces are priced by size and complexity. Standard sizes follow our collection pricing; custom dimensions are quoted individually
